Working Dollhouse Ceiling Fan and Light After three years of experimenting and after being told that it could never work, I have developed a 1/12th scale miniature working ceiling fan with a motor that works at a very slow speed. This fan can be wired and switched independent of the light. It will work with the existing 12 volt wiring of your dollhouse; AC or DC. The fan motor is controlled by a separate circuit board and runs the fan on either a high or low speed. This circuit board can be hidden anywhere making the installation of the fan very easy. Best of all -- IT REALLY WORKS!! This is what you get. A custom made fan with a separate speed control circuit board, a slide switch to switch the high/low speed of the fan, a cowling mount with extension tube and complete instructions for mounting. Presently I have three different styles of fan blades: Square white, Wicker, and Broad Leaf. I can assemble them with either a single light fixture or one of two triple light fixtures. The globes are replaceable with any of five or more different styles. |
