 The Glencroft
Our cozy Tudor cottage reflects the designers’ research into authentic English architecture. With its picket fence and half-timbered exterior, the house is a visual delight; it has silk-screened windows to simulate leaded glass, and a flower box too. Interior features are equally charming. There are four spacious rooms, beamed ceiling, built-in bookcases, two window seats and two fireplaces. A winding staircase completes the mood of this wonderful English Tudor.

 The Beacon Hill
Dignified and grand, the Beacon Hill has become the “flagship” of the Greenleaf line. Its sophisticated exterior is enhanced by a curved Mansard roof, and no detail has been omitted, including even a little window in the cellar! The Beacon Hill has seven rooms, and it has two hallways that are large enough to furnish as rooms. Three fireplaces, three bay windows, and a winding staircase add to the elegance of this outstanding dollhouse.

 The Westville
Look familiar? You’ve probably seen this house in real life someplace in your travels! Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of “Carpenter Gothic,” the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. We’ve included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that “little house by the side of the road” for your trip down memory lane.

 The Harrison
Big rooms in this Tudor mansion! The Harrison uses movable partitions to create up to nine large rooms with six, count’em, six bay windows to make the interior wonderfully bright and spacious. There’s a hidden roof panel leading into a secret third floor studio room with French doors opening onto an elegant terrace. Window boxes and diamond patterned “leaded” windows complete the regal picture.

 The McKinley
Any collector looking to display miniatures at eye level or in limited space will find the answer in the McKinley. This unique wall hanging model is just 9” deep, yet with 5 large rooms, an attic cubby, and a tower chamber, it has all the potential of a full size house. Three latticed storage drawers beneath enhance the design, and are perfect for storing accessories or hiding electrical components.  The Coventry Cottage
The Coventry follows the same “snap-together” principle as the Storybook, and it too comes complete with shingles and furniture. A larger house, the Coventry has two rooms downstairs and a full “L” shaped attic. We’ve added two wall shelves, four picture frames and a clock to the nine pieces of furniture, and we’ve even included a hanging swing for the front porch! Silk-screened windows, flower box and gingerbread. It’s all there in this charming dollhouse. (Tole painting pattern available for this kit)

 The Garfield
The Garfield is the largest model that Greenleaf makes and is surely one of the most impressive dollhouses to be found anywhere. Nathaniel Hawthorne hadn’t seen it when he wrote his classic The House of the Seven Gables, but indeed our mansion has seven peaks, as well as a full wrap-around porch, two balconies, and two bay windows. You’ll find easy access to the ten large rooms; in addition to the corner opening there is a removable roof section and a lift-off turret atop the secret tower chamber. With its wonderful gingerbread trim and lovely detail, the Garfield is magnificent!

A good bit smaller than the Garfield, the Pierce is equally imposing and a “Grande Dame” in its own right. One of our most popular models, the Pierce offers tremendous value at a most reasonable price, with lots of gingerbread, and lots of Victorian charm. The house has six large rooms, and attic, and a secret tower chamber along with an elegant curved staircase, silk-screened windows, two fireplaces, and a wrap veranda. There’s a fine open feeling to this stately home, and you’re sure to be impressed by its grandeur.
