A lovely dollhouse kit for you to assemble from Timberbrook. The Lancaster is a typical early farmhouse. The three well constructed dormers set it apart from the ordinary. The house measures 25"H x 31-1/2"W x 17-1/2"D. It has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two hallways, bath and attic with partitions. Two sets of stairs are provided. 3/8" cabinet grade plywood is used, and the house is pre-drilled for fast, easy assembly. The roof shingles are not provided. There is a full porch across front of house supported with square porch posts. Options available are two room addition which may be used on either side of the house, and a wrap around porch. Porch must be ordered for left or right side of the house so please include that in your order notes. |

This unusual gracious victorian house, The Victorian Heritage, measures 25"H x 31-1/2"W x 17-1/2"D and features a half porch, a large bay window with hip roof, and a lovely frosted oval door with pediment. The bay and porch roof are supported by decorative knees and newel posts support the porch railings. The house is constructed of 3/8" cabinet grade plywood, and contains living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two hallways, bathroom and attic with dividers. Two sets of stairs are provided. All trims are included as shown. Roof shingles are not included. This house is pre-drilled for easy assembly. Available options are a two room addition, which can be used on either side of the house, and a wrap around porch to be used on the left side of the house. Both of these options are provided with all corresponding trims and windows. Turned porch posts are provided on the porch addition, replacing newel posts, to give ample support to porch roof. |
